Delivery Policy :
All Orders received are dispatched next working day (2 days Maximum), we send using Royal Mail 1st class for items up to 1.25 kilo and a 24 hour courier service to ship heavier items.
Most orders arrive within 3 working days. Please allow 5 days for your order to arrive before you contact us and then we will track the item and if there is problem we will resend you a replacement.
Delivery is FREE on all orders excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, The Channel Islands and the following postcodes AB 31-38, 40-56; BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, 1-28, 30-32, 36-49, 51-56; JE, KA 27-28; KW 1-17; PA 20-38 ; 41-49, 60-78; PH 4-50, TR21-25 and ZE. Please call us for delivery to these areas.
Cancellation / Refund Policy/Returns :
As we ship fast please check by phone if you need to cancel an order, if it has been shipped you can return for a full Refund for 28 days after you receive your order.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can send it back to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. If they are faulty we will refund your postage charges.
If the packing on your goods looks damaged please check the items before signing for them as when you sign for the goods, you are declaring that they were in good condition when you received them. Check the small print on the couriers slip.
